Track Your Order (Track & Trace)

At RORUVERA, we like to keep things clear and personal. Once you have placed an order, we want you to know what to expect. With our Track & Trace service, you can follow your Tiffany lamp from our warehouse to your doorstep.

From ordering to delivery – step by step

1. Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase, including the items ordered, your delivery address and your chosen payment method.

2. Preparing your order

We carefully check and pack your Tiffany lamp. Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we will automatically email you a dispatch confirmation.

3. Receiving your tracking link

Your dispatch email includes a personal Track & Trace link. Simply click it to follow your parcel from dispatch through to delivery.

What can you see in Track & Trace?

Your tracking link lets you:

  • See when your order has been dispatched and is on its way.
  • Check the estimated delivery date or time.
  • Follow your parcel’s progress.
  • Find out which collection point may hold your parcel if you are not at home.

Tracking updates are provided by the delivery company. The latest available status will appear in your tracking information.

Not at home when your parcel arrives?

No problem. Depending on the carrier and destination, you may receive information about another delivery attempt or a nearby collection point. Your tracking link may also offer options to change the delivery date or delivery location. Available options vary by delivery company.

Carefully packed and safely delivered

We pack every Tiffany lamp securely and use trusted delivery partners. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times: For in-stock lamps in the Netherlands, orders placed Monday to Thursday before 11:59 pm are scheduled for delivery the next day. Orders placed on Friday before 11:59 pm are scheduled for Monday delivery; weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. In Belgium, orders placed on working days before 5:00 pm are normally delivered the next day, with weekend orders dispatched on Monday. Delivery to Germany usually takes 2–4 working days, and to other EU countries 3–6 working days. Carrier delays can occasionally occur.
