How do I order from RORUVERA?

Our ordering process is designed to be simple and secure:

  1. Choose your lamp: Select your favourite Tiffany design and add it to your basket.
  2. Secure payment: Pay securely at checkout using one of the available payment methods, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal or a credit card.
  3. Order confirmation: You will receive an email straight away with your order details and a digital invoice.

Fast delivery: when will my lamp arrive?

We know you are looking forward to seeing your new lamp light up your home. That is why we aim to dispatch orders promptly:

  • The Netherlands: Order from Monday to Thursday before 11:59 pm for delivery the next day. Order on Friday before 11:59 pm for delivery on Monday. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. These estimates apply to in-stock lamps.
  • Belgium: Order on a working day before 5:00 pm for delivery the next day. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. These estimates apply to in-stock lamps.
  • Other European countries: Delivery usually takes 3–6 working days.

    Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
