From order to delivery – step by step

1. Confirmation of your order
After your purchase, you will immediately receive an email with an overview of your order.
This contains all ordered items, the delivery address, and the chosen payment method.

2. Processing in our warehouse
We check and pack your Tiffany lamp with care.
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email.

3. Receive Track & Trace link
In this email, you will find your personal Track & Trace link.
With one click, you can track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered.

What you can see via Track & Trace

With the Track & Trace link, you can:

  • See when your order has been shipped and is on its way
  • Check the expected delivery time
  • Follow where your package is currently located
  • See at which collection point you can pick it up if you are not at home

The status is updated in real-time by our carriers, so you always see the most current information.

Not at home during delivery

No problem.
The carrier will leave a message with a new delivery attempt or the address of the nearest collection point.
Via the Track & Trace link, you can usually easily choose a new date or have the package delivered to the neighbors.
This way, you decide how and when you receive your order.

Always safely on the way

Every order is shipped with reliable partners such as DHL or Bpost.
You will automatically receive updates when the status changes.
In 99% of cases, your Tiffany lamp will be delivered the next day (if in stock and ordered before 8:00 PM).
