A Tiffany double butterfly stained glass lampbrings a warm botanical light accent to the room. The lamp features two butterflieson curved stems above an organic base, giving the whole piece the feel of a small natural scene.

The lamp is 45 cm high. The larger upper butterfly is positioned higher in the design, while the lower butterfly is placed further down and to the right. The wings combine warm amber and honey glass with fresh shades of green, white, and cream.

When you switch the lamp on, the amber glass sections take on a warmer appearance. The white and cream areas light up more softly, while the green tones form a calm, natural contrast.

The design of this Tiffany lamp revolves around two butterfliesperched on curved stems above an organic base. The upper butterfly is larger and positioned higher in the design. The lower butterfly remains lower and visually moves more to the right.

The base is an integral part of the design. It features twig-, leaf-, and flower-like shapes in dark bronze and brown tones and supports the slender stems leading to the two butterflies. Here, we are truly dealing with a base, unlike animal lamps where the animal itself forms the entire glass body.

Amber, green, white, and cream with warm light
When the lamp is switched off, the contrast between the warm amber glass and fresh green tones is particularly striking. The white and cream-coloured sections keep the whole piece lighter, while the dark solder lines clearly define the wings.

As soon as you switch the lamp on, the amber and honey-coloured parts take on a warmer light impression. The centers of the wings light up in a golden yellow. The white and cream-coloured parts glow more softly, while the green glass sections remain present as a natural colour contrast.

This creates a warm butterfly light with green accents, suitable for places where you want to add atmosphere without the lamp being intended as bright task lighting.

The two butterflies are constructed from a total of approximately 152 pieces of real glass. The individual glass parts are visibly separated from one another by solder lines. These lines clearly delineate the wing veins, wing edges, and smaller colour sections.

The amber glass has a warm marbling. The green tones vary from light green to a deeper grey-green. Because each piece of glass is selected and processed individually, colour and nuance may vary per item. As a result, no two pieces are exactly alike.

Placement and operation
